New C++ Library skills help reduce development effort

A team of existing C++ Developers needed to bring its skills right up to date in order to ensure that they were making the most of new features promised in the latest versions.

A bespoke version of our standard C++ 11 and 14 training course was created to update developers with the new C++ features.  C++ features were introduced which are designed to improve safety and performance.  Also new Standard Library features are introduced which take advantage of the new C++ features. 

Other new Standard Library features were also looked at and these helped developers reduce dependence on operating system (such are threading and synchronisation).

It is worth noting that this session was customised and included elements cherry picked from a nmber of our C++ training courses The course  run over 4 days and included a significant amount of hands on labs.
