About JBI Training

JBI Training is a London-based specialist in technical and AI training for corporate teams. For more than 20 years we have designed and delivered instructor-led courses in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, Python, cybersecurity, and software development — helping organisations across the UK and Europe build the skills their teams need to work effectively with modern technology.

Our courses run as scheduled public classes in London and as live virtual sessions online. We also design bespoke in-house programmes for corporate clients who need training tailored to their technology stack, their team's skill level, and their business context.

JBI Training offers more than 200 instructor-led courses spanning the full spectrum of modern technology skills. Our curriculum is structured around five core areas:

We keep our curriculum current. As AI tools evolve rapidly, we regularly introduce new courses — recent additions include agentic AI for non-developers, AI ethics and the EU AI Act, and hands-on courses in building production-ready AI agents using Python, RAG, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Our clients are primarily large enterprises and corporate organisations. We work with software developers, data engineers, data analysts, business analysts, IT and infrastructure teams, security professionals, and senior leaders who need to understand how AI and data technologies affect their organisations.

We serve clients across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, media, energy, professional services, and the public sector. Many of our corporate clients return regularly — either booking scheduled public courses for individual team members, or commissioning bespoke in-house programmes for entire departments.

In-person, London: Scheduled public courses run at our London training centre, with small class sizes that allow for genuine interaction between participants and instructors.

Live virtual: Online instructor-led sessions delivered in real time — not pre-recorded — so participants can ask questions, work through exercises, and get feedback as they learn.

On-site and bespoke: We work with corporate clients to design and deliver training at their own premises or virtually, tailored to their specific tools, systems, and learning objectives.

As AI has moved from a specialist research topic to a core business capability, JBI Training has expanded its AI curriculum significantly. We now offer dedicated learning tracks for different job functions — developers and engineers, data and analytics teams, business analysts and process owners, and IT and infrastructure professionals — so that training is relevant to the specific challenges each team faces.

Courses range from introductory sessions for non-technical teams (such as 'A Comprehensive Intro to AI' and 'Agentic AI for Non-Developers') through to advanced practitioner courses on building multi-agent systems, working with large language models, and deploying AI in production environments.
