PRINCE2 7th Edition Foundation Certification is a three-day course covering the latest PRINCE2 methodology and preparing delegates for the Foundation examination. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner is a three-day combined course covering how PRINCE2 governance integrates with Agile delivery frameworks, preparing delegates for both the Foundation and Practitioner examinations. Both are available in London, online, or as customised onsite programmes.

PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is one of the most widely adopted project management methodologies globally, particularly in the UK public sector, financial services, and large enterprise environments. The 7th Edition, published in 2023, modernises the framework with greater emphasis on people and leadership skills, updated terminology replacing the previous seven themes with seven practices, and clearer guidance on tailoring PRINCE2 to Agile and digital delivery contexts. JBI's three-day PRINCE2 7th Edition Foundation Certification course covers the PRINCE2 principles, practices, processes, and themes in full and prepares delegates for the Foundation examination. No prior PRINCE2 experience is required.

PRINCE2 Agile combines the governance, control, and reporting structure of PRINCE2 with the iterative, flexible delivery approaches of Agile frameworks — particularly Scrum and Kanban. PRINCE2 Foundation is the entry-level certification that validates a delegate's understanding of the PRINCE2 terminology, principles, and framework.
