- Navigating the Microsoft 365 Copilot app
- Creating a new agent using natural language
- Understanding declarative agents (prompt-based setup)
- Using templates vs building from scratch

Hands-on lab:
- Create your first agent using a simple prompt

Module 3: Designing Effective Agents
- Writing effective instructions and prompts
