The ITIL 4 Foundation course is a three-day programme covering the key concepts of ITIL 4, including the Service Value System, the four dimensions of service management, the Service Value Chain, the ITIL guiding principles, and the core ITIL practices. It prepares delegates fully for the ITIL 4 Foundation certification examination, which is recognised by employers across IT operations, service desk, infrastructure, and technology management roles worldwide.

The Enterprise Project Management (EPM) course is a three-day programme designed for project managers and senior professionals who need to manage complex, large-scale projects within an enterprise context. It covers the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, advanced planning and scheduling techniques, resource and budget management, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication and governance, programme and portfolio management concepts, and how to apply EPM disciplines alongside methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile. It is suited to project managers, programme managers, PMO professionals, and senior IT managers responsible for delivering significant technology or business change projects.

ITIL 4 Foundation is suitable for IT professionals at any level who work within or alongside IT service management functions — including service desk staff, IT operations teams, infrastructure engineers, IT managers, project managers, and business analysts who interact with IT services. It is also valuable for professionals moving into IT service management roles and for those who want a recognised, vendor-neutral certification in IT service management principles. No prior ITIL experience is required to attend the Foundation course.

ITIL 4 Foundation content is aligned with the current ITIL 4 syllabus and examination requirements as published by PeopleCert, and is reviewed regularly to reflect any updates to the certification framework. The EPM course content is similarly reviewed to reflect current enterprise project management practices, tools, and governance approaches. Both courses can be delivered as customised onsite or online programmes for corporate IT and project management teams — particularly effective for organisations rolling out ITIL 4 across a service management function or upskilling a project management community to a consistent standard.
