JBI's three-day PRINCE2 7th Edition Foundation Certification course covers the PRINCE2 principles, practices, processes, and themes in full and prepares delegates for the Foundation examination. No prior PRINCE2 experience is required.

PRINCE2 Agile combines the governance, control, and reporting structure of PRINCE2 with the iterative, flexible delivery approaches of Agile frameworks — particularly Scrum and Kanban. It is designed for organisations that need the accountability and auditability of PRINCE2 alongside the responsiveness of Agile delivery. JBI's three-day PRINCE2 Agile course covers the integration of the two approaches, how to apply PRINCE2 controls in an Agile context, Agile behaviours and techniques within PRINCE2 projects, and prepares delegates for both the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner examinations in a single programme.

PRINCE2 Foundation is the entry-level certification that validates a delegate's understanding of the PRINCE2 terminology, principles, and framework. It demonstrates that the holder can work effectively within a PRINCE2 environment as a team member or project support professional. PRINCE2 Practitioner is the higher-level certification that validates the ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2 to manage real projects in context. The Practitioner examination is scenario-based and requires candidates to demonstrate practical judgement rather than simply recall of the methodology. JBI's PRINCE2 Agile course prepares delegates for both Foundation and Practitioner examinations within its three-day programme.
