JBI Training offers three Dynamics 365 CRM courses covering different roles and depths of knowledge. Available courses are Dynamics CRM Comprehensive (five days), Dynamics CRM Developer (three days), and Dynamics CRM Power User (three days). All courses are available as scheduled classroom sessions in London, as live online instructor-led training, or as customised onsite programmes for CRM and business teams. Each course is delivered by experienced Microsoft Dynamics practitioners with real-world implementation experience.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Microsoft's suite of cloud-based business applications covering customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The CRM-focused applications within Dynamics 365 include Sales (for managing leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines), Customer Service (for case management and service delivery), Marketing (for campaign management and customer journeys), and Field Service (for managing field-based service operations). Dynamics 365 is deeply integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem — including Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure — making it a natural choice for organisations already standardised on Microsoft technologies. It is used across financial services, healthcare, retail, professional services, manufacturing, and the public sector.
The Dynamics CRM Comprehensive course is a five-day programme providing end-to-end coverage of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — from core concepts through to advanced configuration, customisation, and administration. It covers the Dynamics 365 interface and navigation, managing accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities, configuring business rules and workflows, customising forms, views, and dashboards, managing security roles and user access, data import and management, reporting and analytics within Dynamics 365, and an introduction to integration with Power Platform and Microsoft 365. It is suited to CRM administrators, business analysts, project managers, and consultants who need a thorough understanding of the full Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
The Dynamics CRM Developer course is a three-day programme for software developers who need to build custom solutions, integrations, and extensions on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365. It covers the Dynamics 365 development model, working with the Dataverse Web API and SDK, building and deploying custom plugins, workflow extensions and custom actions, developing custom controls and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) components, integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and Azure services, and applying best practices for solution management and ALM in a Dynamics 365 development context. It is suited to .NET developers and software engineers who are extending or integrating Dynamics 365 for enterprise deployments.
The Dynamics CRM Power User course is a three-day programme designed for business users and team leads who work with Dynamics 365 CRM on a daily basis and want to use it more effectively and confidently. It covers advanced navigation and productivity features, working with views, charts, and dashboards, using personal and system views, managing activities and the activity feed, working with queues and routing rules, running and customising reports, using advanced find for complex queries, managing personal settings and preferences, and understanding how Dynamics 365 connects with Outlook and Teams. It is suited to sales professionals, customer service teams, marketing users, and operations staff who are power users of Dynamics 365 rather than administrators or developers.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform share Microsoft Dataverse as their common data layer, making integration between the two seamless. Power Apps can be used to build custom interfaces that sit alongside Dynamics 365, Power Automate can trigger automated workflows based on Dynamics 365 events, and Power BI can surface Dynamics 365 data in analytical dashboards. Microsoft Copilot is increasingly integrated into Dynamics 365 applications — including Copilot for Sales, which assists sales professionals with email drafting, meeting summaries, and opportunity insights, and Copilot for Customer Service, which helps agents resolve cases faster using AI-generated suggestions and knowledge base access. Understanding these integrations is increasingly important for organisations seeking to get maximum value from their Microsoft investment.
Yes on both counts. All three Dynamics 365 courses can be delivered as customised onsite or online programmes for corporate CRM, sales, service, and IT teams. Content can be tailored to the specific Dynamics 365 applications in use — such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing — the team's existing configuration, and their particular business processes and objectives. JBI has delivered Dynamics 365 and Microsoft platform training for corporate clients including the BBC, NHS, RBS, Sky, EDF, and Capita. Course content is also continuously reviewed and updated to reflect the latest Dynamics 365 releases, including Microsoft's regular wave release updates, new Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 applications, and changes to the Dataverse and Power Platform integration model.
