UK businesses are responding and adapting to the trend of collecting and analysing their data to propel their business into a digital future. Programming languages and tools such as Python and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have become front runners in this trend, experiencing widespread adoption. With Python's ability to propel and manage Data, Banks and financial traders are looking to train their employees to utilise python tools and take advantage of its features to get their data in shape and to conduct real-world Data Analysis. 

A major banking group in the UK arranged an onsite five-day training course on AI with Python for Data Analysts and Data Scientists. They engaged JBI Training to conduct the training program. 

Banking organisations world-wide require numerous data analysis for a number of monetary indicators, such as non-performing loans, credit, money supply, Client's data, Automation and so on. The success and enhanced revenue of a bank vastly depend on data analysis and data formatting. This is why the banking group needs to build an intelligent and efficient employee pool who will have in depth knowledge in Data Science using flexible tools such as Python and AI and make old fashioned tools a thing of the past. 

To overcome this problem, the banking group needs to have an outstanding employee pool with knowledge in Data Science and AI. Exploring modern tools, understanding how to apply and use data science to their work and to learn about data formatting, Data aggregation and automation. 

With this view in mind, the banking group invited JBI Training to conduct a training on Data Science with Python and AI to gain skills needed to analyse Data with Python, the course was customised by the client. This program was designed to achieve the following objectives:

• Upscale their methods in preparing and dealing with consumer’s data

• Utilise highly versatile tools in order to manage their data more efficiently and more intelligently. Python tools such as: Pandas, NumPy etc. 

• Understand how to use python in a data-oriented environment 

• Understand how to conduct real world AI and Data Science techniques in order to manage business data more efficiently

• How to utilise AI tools for Data Science

• How to build AI capabilities to perform predictions on data with Python 

• Data aggregation, Data formatting and automation 

The training program started with an introduction to the Python Language focusing on Data Science and how to apply the proposed concepts on real Data Science applications. 

The five-day course was divided into two parts. In the first part for two days, the training course introduces delegates to core programming concepts of the Python language and Python tools for Data Science. In the Second part, for three days, the course provided an overview into AI and how to build AI capabilities. 

We’ve made this custom Python training course even more engaging and relevant by encouraging delegates to use their own corporate data. 

At the end of the course, delegates earned the confidence to utilise Python and AI tools to conduct real-world Data analysis with Python and AI. They have become more productive and independent and fully familiar with AI capabilities in order to manage and format their data more efficiently and how to perform predictions on data with Python.
