Power BI allows corporate data manipulation & visualization

This organisation needed their Supply Chain department to get fully involved with Microsoft’s Power BI reporting product as soon as possible. 

They had to bring quality reporting solutions to a fast and dynamic growing company.

Power BI is a rapid reporting development tool for Business Intelligence and the department needed to get up-to-speed as quickly as possible. This is where JB International came in.

After liaising with a JBI account manager,  our client was given an agenda that covered all the topics they were interested in. They were switching from previous reporting products like SSRS, Report Builder and Excel Power Tools.

JBI use instructors with real-world enterprise data and reporting experiences, adding extra value to the course being delivered.

The Instructor discussed the environment and considered the client's specific requirements, tailoring a solution specifically for them and talking through the consequences of the product implementation.

A hands-on course was delivered, onsite, using a combination of client hardware and laptops provided by JBI. These accessed Power BI sevices in the cloud, as well as desktop services.

Couse Feedback positively stated the hands-on examples and pace of the course was spot on and exceeded the clients expectations.

Delegates understood the right reporting topology, the rich Visualisations, the data modelling essentials of transformation and cleansing plus introductions to DAX and M, the languages of Power BI!
