SELECT CUSTOMER_ID, ORDER_DATE, SHIP_DATE
FROM ORDERS 
WHERE ORDER_DATE > TO_DATE('01-JAN-2019')
ORDER BY CUSTOMER_ID, ORDER_DATE DESC; 

This query selects the customer ID, order date and ship date fields from the orders table, for orders placed after Jan 1st 2019. It sorts the results firstly by customer ID, then by descending order date to return the most recent orders first for each customer.
